Personalised Nutrition Support That Meets You Where You Are

At Upbeet Nutrition & Dietetics, I provide evidence-based nutrition care designed to support your health, treatment, and recovery — wherever you are in your journey.

Whether you’re navigating cancer treatment, rebuilding after surgery, or managing a chronic condition, my goal is simple: to help you feel nourished, informed, and supported with strategies that make sense for your life.

  • Nutrition care should feel clear, supportive, and achievable.
Here’s what you can expect when you work with me:

    1. Book a session. You can choose an in-person or Telehealth appointment — whichever feels easiest for you.

    2. We start with a conversation. I’ll take time to understand your goals, medical background, and daily challenges.

    3. You receive a practical, personalised plan. Together, we’ll create a roadmap you can start using straight away.

    4. Ongoing support. We’ll review progress, adjust as your needs or treatment change, and celebrate the wins along the way.

You’ll always know what to expect — and you’ll never be left to figure things out alone.

  • Every consultation is tailored to your needs, but may include:

    • Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment – understanding your health history, symptoms, and current intake.

    • Personalised Nutrition Plan – practical, evidence-based strategies that work for your lifestyle.

    • Symptom & Side-Effect Management – guidance for nausea, appetite loss, fatigue, taste changes, or digestion issues.

    • Micronutrient & Supplement Review – identifying gaps and ensuring safe, effective support.

    • Mealtime Planning & Support – making eating easier, more enjoyable, and less stressful.

    • Education & Lifestyle Coaching – helping you understand your nutrition so you can make confident, sustainable choices.

If you’re unsure which service is right for you, I’m happy to talk through your situation and help you find the best fit.

  • My work blends clinical expertise with compassion and curiosity. I believe food is more than fuel — it’s comfort, culture, connection, and joy.

I aim to make nutrition care:
